Delete your Heeo account

Your Heeo account is the same on the Heeo app and on heeo.io. Deleting it removes it everywhere.

How to delete it

• In the Heeo app: open your Learning Path, tap the profile button, and choose Delete account (in newer versions it is under Account & privacy).
• On the web: sign in at heeo.io and use the button below.
• By email: write to support@heeo.io from the address you signed up with, and we will delete it within 30 days.

If you have Heeo Premium

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription with the App Store, Google Play or our payment provider, so we can’t delete an account whose subscription would still renew. Cancel it first where you subscribed:

• App Store (iPhone or iPad): Settings → your name (Apple Account) → Subscriptions.
• Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• heeo.io: Profile → Manage subscription.

Once it is cancelled you can delete your account at any time. Deleting ends any Premium time you have left.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in details, your profile, your lesson progress and XP, what the tutor has learned about you, your saved conversation transcripts, and your subscription records with us. Usage counters (how many minutes you spoke on a given day, no content) expire on their own within 40 days. Apple, Google Play and our payment provider keep their own records of past payments as the law requires them to.
